Bianchi does it again!

I like the look of this all arounder, except for the shifter, it's a bit clunky.
I have been quit curious about these internally geared hubs.It leaves the bike looking a lot cleaner,and less maintenance too.
But can they hold up to the strain of touring heavy loads or the mind bending off road climb?
